There is no single ERP that is suitable for all companies, all countries, all types of business relationships, especially when we look at a specific country like Indonesia. There are additional rules, validations, functions that are required, and customizing standard ERP programs is not an option, we prefer to add programs, small applications, on top of the standard ERP. We then add automations, real-time alerts, additional approvals, etc. to improve work efficiencies.

ERP implementation and other related services require not only application and technical skills, but also 'soft skills', people management skills, which is harder to define than technical skills.
They include skills such as communication, trust, and patience, which we often define as 'adaptive', something that we want to have for all IMI members, we want to be able to adapt to our clients' environment and we want to be their trusted partner.
Client support is a very important thing in IMI, this is something that we discuss regularly, how to improve our support response, what tools to use, what is the easiest way for clients to report their problems and check the progress, how to build a solution database that can be used by clients. This is something that we will always improve and monitor.
